Properties
The main active ingredients in horsetail is silicon which helps strengthen bones and joints. Horsetail has antioxidant properties and stimulates the diuresis.It helps in cases of uric acid kidney stones and exerts a good anti-inflammatory action in cases of genitourinary infections. Horsetail contains minerals that could assist with white spots in the nails and weak and brittle fingernails, as well as supports the skin and hair strength.

Standardized water-ethanol extract (62-68%) of Horsetail /Equisetum Arvense/
Dosage
60 drops, dissolved into 50ml of table water or juice 2 times daily. Recommended daily dose: 120 drops
